TIMELINE

Submissions will be open through Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Proposal submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal no later than Friday, July 11, 2025. Proposal speakers accepted for presentation are required to register for the APBP Virtual Summit. See full speaker policy within the form for additional details and opportunities for guest speakers.

SESSION FORMATS AND TOPICS

APBP is looking for proposals that will be appropriate for a virtual audience and are intentional about utilizing ways to engage with the virtual audience. Your proposal should accommodate a session that is 15 minutes – 90 minutes long. Presentations/sessions which require less than 60 minutes can be combined with other proposals, resulting in a session which is 60-90 minutes in length. Final session lengths are at the discretion of the planning committee.
