Advocates and Non-Profits are eligible for a discounted webinar rate. APBP Advocate members can access webinars for free. Non-member advocates and non-profits will receive a discounted rate of $25 per webinar. To be eligible, you must be a non-profit, non-governmental, organization whose mission involves improving walking, biking, and/or transit. The advocate/non-profit must operate equitably and work to advance active transportation for all demographics, incomes, ages, and abilities. Recognizing how social justice work overlaps with active transportation, an advocate who works at other social justice related non-profits (e.g. disability justice, racial justice) would also be eligible.

How do I determine my audience size?

In-Person Viewings: If your group will be hosting in-person viewings (e.g. monthly viewing parties are hosted in a conference room), determine the average number of people who will attend each viewing and select that audience size.
Virtual Viewings: If you have staff across different geographic regions who will be viewing the webinars virtually on their own, determine how many people will need access and select that audience size. Please note that for virtual viewings, each person will have their own individual webinar license/login once the group package is purchased. These licenses cannot be shared - the same individual will utilize the license each month.
Combination: If you need to do a combination of both options - host in-person viewings but also have some staff that view the webinars on their own virtually - you can do that! Just add up the average number of people that attend the in-person viewings and those attending virtually.

When the transaction is complete, you will download a document with links to access the recording and the slides/handouts. The recorded file may be viewed multiple times, but not downloaded; handouts and other files may be downloaded and printed. Webinars are 60 minutes except as noted.
