Fort Collins on Foot and by Bike
All-day session | Mobile tour

Join your colleagues on a full-day mobile tour of Fort Collins (population 143,986) to discover why this city is consistently named one of the Best Places to Live by Money magazine. Learn how the city leverages its vision for sustainability across planning sectors – from energy to transportation – with positive support from funders. With more than 280 miles of bikeways, a Bicycle Library, planned bus rapid transit, and seasoned town-gown relations, Fort Collins is an excellent Return on Investment (ROI) case study. The tour departs from the Millennium Harvest House Boulder at 8:00 a.m. and returns to the hotel at 5:00 p.m.

The fee includes bus and bicycle transportation, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks.

APBP will apply to the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) for Certification Maintenance credits for this workshop. A certificate of attendance will be offered to those who document their professional development hours in other fields.
