APBP Announces Annual Award Winners

NEW YORK, NY—The Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP) announced the winners of its annual awards program to honor excellence in the profession at its annual meeting on October 8, 2009 during the Walk21 Conference in New York City.
Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award is Bettina Zimny, AICP, PP, with The RBA Group. Robert Burchfield, P.E., with the City of Portland (Oregon) Bureau of Transportation was honored as the Public Sector Professional of the Year, and Kathryn Reid Moore, B.A., with the City of Miami, Florida, received the Young Professional of the Year Award. << Read More >>
