Strong Towns’ Founder Speaks with APBP June 15

Charles (Chuck) Marohn, PE, AICP shares his ideas as APBP's featured speaker at the June 15 webinar at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. His topic is “Economic Impacts of Street Design Decisions”.

Marohn founded Strong Towns as a blog in 2008. His magnetic ideas quickly drew followers craving streets designed as “environments where humans, and human interaction, flourish.”

The “function of a street,” Marohn says “is to serve as a platform for building wealth. On a street, we're attempting to grow the complex ecosystem that produces community wealth. In these environments, people (outside of their automobile) are the indicator species of success.”

Marohn attracts large crowds at conferences. Invest in this APBP webinar to help you transform hearts and minds, as well as policies and practices, in your community.
