Controlling Criteria

APBP member Josh DeBruyn, AICP, posted the news first to the APBP list serve: controlling criteria for National Highway System “NHS projects is reduced from 13 to 10 … and only 2 apply to low speed roads (non-freeway < 50 mph).” Read more in the Federal Register / Vol. 81, No. 87/ Thursday, May 5, 2016/ Notices 27187.
