Seleta Reynolds, AICP, has over 11 years of experience planning, funding, and implementing bicycle and pedestrian projects throughout the West. Seleta contributed to the national Safe Routes to School toolbox and has served as a guest lecturer for San José State University, the University of California at Berkeley, and Portland State University. She currently serves on the Transportation Research Board Pedestrian Committee and is the president of the Board of the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals. Prior to joining Fehr & Peers, Seleta served as Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Coordinator at the City of Oakland. |

Jennifer Hefferan is the Safe Routes to School Coordinator for the District of Columbia Department of Transportation. A registered landscape architect, her experience includes a wide variety of nonmotorized design and planning projects. Jennifer started her career working for the City of Seattle Department of Transportation where she conducted a field assessment of 850 marked crosswalks at uncontrolled locations in the city and co-authored a corresponding article that was published in the ITE Journal (Institute of Transportation Engineers). Jennifer has never owned a car; she enjoys bicycling, walking and taking transit from her home in Washington, D.C. |

| Philip Pugliese was appointed Chattanooga's first bicycle coordinator in September, 2005. Actively engaged in bicycle advocacy, he has served as chair of the Chattanooga Bicycle Task Force and currently serves on the technical staff of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County-North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization and the Southeast Tennessee Rural Planning Organization. He is a League of American Bicyclists Cycling Instructor and member of the Thunderhead Alliance. Philip has over 20 years experience in transportation and logistics operations and sales management. A graduate of Georgia State University, he also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. |

| Brett Hondorp, AICP, is a Principal with Alta Planning + Design in California. Brett works on bicycle and pedestrian master plans, trail studies, Safe Routes to School programs, and other sustainable transportation projects for communities across the country. His international experience includes writing bicycle master plans for Dubai, UAE and Doha, Qatar. Brett is a National Safe Routes to School Course Instructor and a League Cycling Instructor. He lives in Oakland, Calif., and races cyclocross for Sycip Designs, a local framebuilder. |

| Eric Anderson has nine years of experience in the bicycle and pedestrian transportation field, spanning agency, consulting and advocacy roles. Before assuming his role as Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator for the city of Berkeley, Calif., he worked for Alta Planning + Design. He previously served as the Director of Planning for the Marin County Bicycle Coalition where he was involved with the planning and implementation of bicycle and pedestrian projects at the regional, county and local level as well helping to develop the Nonmotorized Transportation Pilot Program. Eric got his start as one of the first staff members for the City of Chicago Bicycle Program, where he biked to every neighborhood in the city while conducting fieldwork. |

| Kristin Bennett, AICP, is the Senior Transportation Planner for the City of Colorado Springs. She is specifically responsible for bicycle and pedestrian planning and design, traffic calming projects, grant writing, and other multi-modal transportation planning. Previously, she served as a transportation program manager for the Genesee Transportation Council (MPO) in Rochester, N.Y. She is a Michigan native and has been working on nonmotorized transportation planning and design for 13 years. Kristin has been commuting to work (and other destinations) by bicycle or on foot for the last 16 years. She is married to Ryan Bennett, who works in the bicycle industry, and they have two dogs and three cats. |

Bicycle and Pedestrian Engineer, South Carolina DOT

Tom Dodds, PE, has been with the South Carolina Department of Transportation for 30 years in a variety of traffic engineering roles. In 1992, he became the first (and only) Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator/Engineer—a distinction he still holds. Tom has lent his congenial expertise to a number of transportation task forces and committees, including the AASHTO Subcommittee on Nonmotorized Transportation and the NCUTCD’s Bicycle Technical Committee. He was a charter member of APBP and is an instructor for APBP’s course, Designing Pedestrian Facilities for Accessibility. Tom is married with four children, ages 10 to 18.

Jon Kaplan is the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Manager at the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans). He has worked in the VTrans bicycle and pedestrian program for almost nine years, including two years as the Vermont Safe Routes to School Coordinator. Jon has been actively involved in the bicycle and pedestrian profession for nearly 16 years; his first job in the field was with the esteemed Michael Ronkin at the Oregon DOT. Subsequent positions in both the private and public sector have given him a broad background in planning, design, construction and policy development. He is a registered civil engineer and participated in the 2009 International Scan. |

Special Projects Coordinator - Roadway Design, Florida DOT

| Mary Anne Koos is a Special Projects Coordinator with the Florida Department of Transportation, focusing on the design of facilities for cyclists and pedestrians. As a member of APBP’s board, she chairs the update team for the Designing Pedestrian Facilities for Accessibility course, which is a partnership of the FHWA, US Access Board, and APBP. Mary Anne is a League Certified Instructor (LCI) and spent this past summer cycling (and walking) most of the Blue Ridge Parkway. |

| Norma Moores is a Senior Transportation Engineer at IBI Group in their Hamilton, Ont., office. In her 20 years as a consultant, she has worked on numerous cycling master plans in Canada and the U.S., and on the first pedestrian plan in Canada for the City of Ottawa. Norma is a Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. She was a contributor to the Transportation Association of Canada's Bikeway Traffic Control Guidelines and subsequent update. She is APBP's first Canadian board member. Norma was raised in Nova Scotia and now lives and works in Hamilton. Her favorite place to be is outside: walking, running, cycling or in a canoe. |

| Judi Wallace has worked on bicycle and pedestrian advocacy since she first started commuting by bike and has consulted with state and local governments on bicycle and pedestrian issues since 1995. She chaired both the North Carolina Bicycle Committee (NC DOT) and the Winston-Salem Bicycle Planning Committee, has developed several safety programs, and has been a presenter at Pro Walk/Pro Bike. Judi is the author of three books on bicycle routes, the text for three county bike maps, and several magazine articles. She is the president of Wallace Consulting and Training, which specializes in bicycle and pedestrian safety issues. |
